- Check in Counters/ Office space allocation for operator
- Credit facility and Cash / bill reconciliation with Finance department
- Approval for Maintenance Agency with another approved airline at the airport
- In principle site clearance for Greenfield airport
- Manpower requirements sanction for ATM/CNS Services at the Greenfield airport
- Duty free shop/ travel agent/car rental desk at the airport
- Approval for hotels falling under the AAI land around the airports
- Bidding for Airports listed for privatization
- Airport equipments and VIP lounges allocation facilitation
- Any work with Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (AERA)
- Any passenger , cargo, mail or others data both inbound or outbound
