- Central Board of Excise and Customs – Import Export Code (IEC) code generation, Two digit Prefix allocation, Approval in I-Gate server
- Department of Revenue – Taxation issue or registration with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for a new foreign airline oe entity setting up business establishment in India
- Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) – Import of new aircraft or helicopter
- Wireless Planning & Co-ordination Wing (WPC) , Sanchar Bhawan – Ministry of Communication – Issuance, conversion , renewal and name change or change of personal details in Radio Telephony Restricted (Aeronautical) R. T. R. (A) license
- Ministry of Defence – Army, Navy or Airforce headquaters for Air Operations Routine (AOR) number generation
- Ministry of Environment – Clearance for setting up of a Green field airport/ helipad
